Harvic Management - Outcome of AGM

Harvic Management Services (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2005, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Directors Report together with Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31,     2005 and the Profit and Loss Account along with notes and schedules thereon for the year     ended March 31, 2005.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Alpesh B Shah as Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s Shah Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as a     Statutory Auditors of the Company for the accounting year 2005-06.
4. Appointment of Mr. Shyam Kumar Suthar & Mr Kalpesh B Shah as Director of the     Company.has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the     Company will remain closed from October 27, 2005 to October 31, 2005 (both days     inclusive).
